Taco Flatbread

I love anything Mexican inspired. I love all the flavours it has to offer. While I am not big on spice, you can still enjoy any dish with a milder version.

These taco flatbread are the perfect, easy lunch. They pack all the Mexican flavours, with the simple bite of a pizza- who wouldn’t love that!? Instead of tomato sauce, I use salsa as the base, all of my favourite toppings, and lots of cheese. The best part, when you remove from the oven, there are still many more toppings to add plus a drizzle of ranch dressing… So. Many. Flavours.

Grab all your taco ingredients because these taco flatbread are worth gossiping about!
